Bridges, a 15-year-old girl last seen in the vicinity of Baker College Prep School on the morning of October 23, 2024. Bridges, described as an African American female with brown eyes and black hair, was reported missing after last being spotted at the 2700 block of E. 89th St. in Chicago.
According to the Chicago Police Department, Tia M. Bridges stands 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has a medium complexion and, was seen wearing a black sweater emblazoned with "Baker" in blue letters, along with black pants, and black shoes. There is a concern for her well-being since authorities mention that Bridges may require medical attention.
The case, which has been assigned the number JH480227, is currently being handled by the Area One Special Victims Unit. In their efforts to locate Bridges, the Chicago Police urge anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. The community, dealing with the disconcerting frequency of missing youth, especially among African American girls, is particularly sensitive to such cases.
