Eugenia Garcia-Lugo is described as a female of White-Hispanic ethnicity, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighing 120 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair, and a light complexion. On the night of her disappearance, she was wearing a beige dress adorned with a floral print, the information was released in a police dispatch sent out yesterday.
