Gwinnett residents seeking information about the future of local transit can have their questions answered directly by officials. Gwinnett County has announced that Commissioner Ben Ku will host a town hall focused on the details of the upcoming transit referendum. 

The District 2 Town Hall, scheduled for today, aims to facilitate a discussion between the community and local transportation leaders. To provide everyone with an opportunity to participate, the event will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Centerville Senior Center on Bethany Church Road in Snellville.

Attendees can expect to hear from Transportation Director Lewis Cooksey, Transit Capital Program Director China Thomas, and Deputy Director Natasha Tyler, who will be available to address public concerns directly.

For those who cannot attend the town hall in person, Gwinnett County provides an option to still to actively participate. The meeting will be streamed live on the County's Facebook page.
