The Lynn Police Department is urgently seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old boy, Justin Phan, who is reported to be autistic and has been missing since this morning. According to a Facebook post from the department, Justin was last spotted in the area of Bloomfield Street.
Community members are urged to be on the lookout for the juvenile, who is described as being 5'6" tall with a slim build. He was last seen sporting a green jacket and carrying a black backpack.
