The Phoenix Police Department, through the efforts of homicide detectives, was able to locate the 41-year-old suspect Fain in the vicinity of the crime scene, after piecing together evidence and conducting interviews as the FOX10 Phoenix reported Detectives are still piecing together the sequence of events that precipitated this tragic outcome, with the goal of establishing a motive for such violent conduct.
"Upon arrival, officers located the 54-year-old victim suffering from an apparent stab wound," conveyed Phoenix Police Sgt. Mayra Reeson, in a statement obtained by FOX10 Phoenix. Fain is now in Maricopa County Jail, facing charges of first-degree murder as the justice system examines the events that led to the crime.
