The event, which runs from 1-6:30 pm, includes a pop-up dog park and a pet market where attendees can peruse and buy goodies for their pets. The highlight of the festivities will undeniably be the Halloween Costume Parade. Starting at 5 pm, pets will strut their stuff in various categories such as Best in Show, Best Doggy/Human Duo, Best Food Item, and Best Celebrity Look-a-like. However, what could steal the show is the "Frankenweenie" movie screening, giving the day an end other than the contest winner's announcement.
