Community spirit was palpable in Minneapolis as residents of the Phillips neighborhood came together for their annual Clean Sweep event. According to a social media post by Jason Chavez, Minneapolis Ward 9 Council Member, the day was marked by volunteers banding together to tidy up the community after a light breakfast moving cheerfully among them.
Chavez expressed gratitude to the community members and organizers who contributed to the effort. As state by Minneapolis Ward 9, "We had a successful Phillips Community Clean Sweep event today!" he said. "Thank you to all the organizers and community members who came and helped today," Chavez added.
