Witness statements and surveillance video showed a black Jeep Grand Cherokee pulling out northbound from a private drive, where it was struck by a white Yiben 150cc motorcycle.
The impact reportedly ejected the rider from the motorcycle, ultimately leading to their demise at the scene. The driver of the SUV, who was not suspected to be under the influence, remained at the scene and cooperated with police, as noted by KTNV.
