Brown is described as a Black female, born on July 7, 1974. She stands at 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 119 pounds, sporting short, dyed-red hair. The incident occurred in the 4700 block of East Adams Court, where it was reported that Brown illegally entered the victim's vehicle. She is then said to have stolen property before making her escape, as reported by the New Orleans Police Department.
