The individual identified by authorities is Lacey Hooper, a white female with a birth date listed as August 16, 1986. A surveillance video captured by cameras around the 600 block of South Miro Street is said to show Lacey Hooper engaging in the burglary on September 7, at approximately 7:47 p.m., according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Members of the community with any knowledge pertaining to the case or the whereabouts of Lacey Hooper are being urged to come forward.
