The incident occurred just before 9 p.m. along Old Rt. 71, in proximity to the Mon-Fayette Expressway. The Washington County Coroner's Office confirmed that the passenger killed in the mishap was traveling in the eastbound vehicle and was unfortunately not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
