According to Oregon State Police, Neasbit, living out of his Blue Dodge Dakota, was last known to be in the Nehalem area on October 2 and had last made contact on October 3. According to official reports, his vehicle was later found abandoned with a flat tire along Hwy 101 near 31205 Hwy 101 N.
Described as having brown hair and blue eyes, standing at approximately 5'6" and weighing 155 pounds, Neasbit may be clean-shaven or sporting a grey beard about an inch long. The authorities are gravely concerned for his well-being and urge anyone with information about Neasbit's last known movements or current whereabouts to step forward. The Oregon State Police reported that he was last seen driving a vehicle with the Washington license plate number B82634R.
