Contra Costa County Public Works actively applies pavement surface treatments to various residential roads, and this will continue until November 29. Crews will work weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays, weather permitting.

Expect traffic delays and detours during working hours. Message boards will provide updates on closures, which may last up to six hours to allow the new surface to set. Nighttime work is planned for Willow Pass Road, Muir Road, and Center Avenue near Pacheco Boulevard.

This project aims to improve road durability and is funded by the SB1 Road Repair and Accountability Act through the Gas Tax. For specific street schedules and updates, visit the Contra Costa County website.
