San José Police are asking for the public's assistance locating Yongchang Chen, an at-risk missing person last seen on Trinidad Drive and Camden Avenue. The 66-year-old Chinese man was observed last Thursday, just past 8 in the morning, and has not been seen since.
Described as approximately 5'8" in height and weighing around 150 lbs, Chen was wearing a black baseball cap, dark long-sleeve shirt, tan or gray vest, blue pants, and white shoes when he last made contact. According to the San José Police Department, he speaks only Mandarin and has no identification, phone, or wallet.
Please help us locate this at risk missing person. Yongchang Chen was last seen on 9/26/24 in the area of Trinidad Drive and Camden Avenue at about 8:17 AM.

Authorities stress that anyone who spots Mr. Chen or has information regarding his whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
