Through collaborative efforts involving Target Asset Protection and using license plate reader technology, 56-year-old Denny Ellis was located and apprehended in Elk Grove Village. Ellis, a Nevada resident, has been charged with aggravated arson and was taken into custody, where he currently remains under the purview of the Cook County Sheriff's Office. He is slated to face the judicial system on these serious allegations in due course.
