An active Silver Alert remains in effect as local authorities intensify their search for Nicholas, who is described as a white male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 225 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen dressed in a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, a gray and white baseball cap, and dark gray tennis shoes.
The Tucson Police Department, which has jurisdiction over this case, is asking the public to come forward with any information that could be pertinent to Nicholas' whereabouts.
