A man, yet to be identified, was discovered with life-threatening injuries on the city sidewalk. He had been shot in the chest and back in the 4800 block of West Adams Street, as reported by FOX 32 Chicago.
The incident was first reported at approximately 2 a.m., according to police sources. Responding paramedics rushed the victim to Stroger Hospital, where, tragically, he was pronounced dead.
