A late-night search for a parking spot turned into a scene of crime on S. 4th Street this past Tuesday. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, at around 11:30 p.m. last Friday, a 38-year-old woman was carjacked while she was trying to find a place to safely park her car.
The woman reported that an unknown man aggressively knocked on her window and then brandished a firearm, demanding that she get out of the vehicle. Succumbing to fear and aiming to surely avoid any harm, she complied with the assailant's orders.
