
Wright County residents looking to unload their yard waste will have more opportunities starting next week, as the Compost & Recycling Center extends its hours. According to an announcement from Wright County, Minnesota, starting October 14, the facility will open additional hours specifically for brush, leaves, and grass drop off, as well as for loading up on woodchips and compost.
The center's new hours include 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both Mondays and Fridays, during a window that extends into mid-November, the seasonal timing aligns with peak leaf-falling and yard-cleanup periods, as per Wright County, Minnesota.
Note, that these expanded hours are in addition to the center's current operating schedule, which includes 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and additionally, 8 a.m. to noon on the second and third Saturdays of each month.
