The holiday season in Arlington just got a little brighter with the Arlington ISD and local partners banding together for the inaugural Mission Joy Toy Drive, aimed at stocking the Mission Arlington Christmas Store. Schools, city departments, and local organizations are diving into the spirit of giving to ensure children from families in need can experience some holiday magic.
In collaboration with the City of Arlington, the Arlington Fire Department, and the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce, more than 30 Arlington ISD schools are participating along with Arlington City Hall and other community spaces as drop-off points. Residents are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys before the December 10th deadline.
