Scott was last seen operating a black Nissan Altima with Maryland license plate number 3DJ0837 near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at approximately 8 A.M. Due to his advanced age, Concerns are high for Scott's well-being.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department, Scott Sr. is described as wearing a black jacket, tan shirt, black pants, and white and gray shoes. The public is urged to be on the lookout for Scott and his vehicle and to contact 911 immediately if he is located.
