
Following an extensive investigation, law enforcement officers arrested 28-year-old Wilbil Aguasviva-Peguero on drug trafficking charges in Dorchester, Boston. The arrest took place yesterday morning as officers from the City-Wide Drug Control Unit and the Drug Control Unit of District B-2 (Roxbury) executed a search warrant at 2 Dudley Terrace.
During the search, authorities discovered and seized a substantial quantity of illegal substances. According to a Boston Police Department report, the haul included approximately 72 grams of Fentanyl and 2 grams of Crack-Cocaine. Besides the drugs, the officers also found seven rounds of 9mm ammunition and around $5,761 in U.S. currency. The search further yielded multiple scales and a variety of drug packaging materials.
Aguasviva-Peguero now faces multiple charges, which include Trafficking of Class A drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B drug, and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card. The suspect is expected to be brought before the Roxbury District Court for arraignment.
