A Dickson County community is mourning the loss of 19-year-old Joshua Lugg, a local high school student and active FFA member, who was killed in a vehicle collision this past Tuesday. In what the Tennessee Highway Patrol describes as a failure to properly negotiate a curve, Lugg's 2012 Nissan Titan crossed into the opposing lane on Thompson Road and collided with a 2014 GMC Sierra, driven by 47-year-old Randle Dotson.
