The county has been honored with the 2024 NCSA All Star Service Organization of the Year, a distinction recognizing the remarkable customer service strategies woven into the fabric of Fulton County's operations.
Fulton County Government is one of only five organizations across the nation to be celebrated for their commitment to outstanding customer service. "I cannot express how proud I am to have Fulton County and our Customer Service Department be recognized on this level," said Fulton County Manager Dick Anderson, whose pride in the county’s customer service team goes beyond speaking in a statement obtained by Fulton County's news release.
The award is not only a significant achievement for the county but also stands as a message of gratitude to every employee. Director of Customer Experience and Solutions Brigitte Bailey stated, “To be recognized as the Organization of the Year is such a huge honor for us and for every employee who gives of themselves unselfishly every day. We couldn't be happier to celebrate this amazing achievement with our employees and I'm confident we'll be celebrating all year long," Bailey told Fulton County's official news.
The award-winning Fulton County Customer Service Division presents a portfolio of services that cater to the diverse needs of the community. From assisting with county program inquiries to resolving complaints and being the primary source of information for county services, the division covers a remarkable range of functions. The division's assistance extends to customers needing help in languages other than English, services for the hearing impaired, and notary services provided, as detailed in the official announcement. Moreover, residents benefit from a self-serve center equipped with computers and internet access, enabling them to handle official county business efficiently.
