On July 6, they were called to a home on Park Creek Drive where they found a man unresponsive. Lieutenant Neebling calmly gave CPR instructions to the caller until help arrived.
Officer Deal arrived at the scene in just three minutes and took over from Lieutenant Neebling, continuing life-saving CPR until help arrived. While paramedics usually handle such rescues, in this case, it was Officer Deal's efforts that kept the man alive. Body-worn camera footage later reviewed by medical professionals confirmed the crucial role the officers played in the man's survival and recovery.
