The potential impact of this $1.2 billion entertainment complex is vast, not only in scale—a sprawling site boasting four hotels, numerous performance venues, and the first-ever Mattel Adventure Park—but also in expectation, anticipated to bring Las Vegas-style thrills right into West Valley's backyard. The breadth of amenities, which includes a white-sand beach, over a dozen culinary spots, and a variety of retail options, signals a large bet by the development team on Glendale's capacity for luxury hospitality, as stated by Axios Phoenix.
Detailing the allure of the resort's offerings, VAI Resort CEO and president Grant Fisher shares, "VAI will be such a unique venue with uncompromising accommodations that word of mouth will have superstars lining up to perform, or even host a residency, in Glendale," according to an Axios Phoenix interview.
