Simultaneously, the Memphis Fire Department was stretched to respond to another blaze on Alida Avenue in South Memphis. The second fire took place around the same time as the first, according to Action News 5. The affected home was said to be vacant and, as of now, investigators are working to conclusively determine the causes behind these fires.
