Lake Havasu City will send an email to established customers on Friday, inviting them to register on the new Citizen Portal. This online platform, called MaintStar, aims to streamline the licensing and permitting process, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks. The portal includes a step-by-step guide to help users navigate the registration process easily, as reported by the City of Lake Havasu.
City Manager Jess Knudson expressed satisfaction with the project, stating, "We are excited to support our businesses, contractors, and residents with a tool tailored to meet the needs of our thriving community and enhance efficiencies in our daily interactions with planning and permitting, special event permitting, and business licensing transactions." The implementation of MaintStar is expected to streamline municipal paperwork, as stated by the City of Lake Havasu.
