A man succumbed to his injuries following a stabbing in El Cajon on Thursday evening, according to local police. The El Cajon Police Department disclosed that they were called to the 500 block of North Mollison around 6:00 PM, where they found the 28-year-old male victim, who was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
In a statement obtained by the City of El Cajon’s official website, the responding officers conducted interviews with the reporting party and another witness immediately at the scene. Following these initial inquiries, two adult males were taken in for questioning as part of the investigation into the deadly altercation.
