The Portland Police Bureau reported that officers from the North Precinct responded to the scene on the 8200 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard around 7:15 a.m. Upon arrival, they found an adult male victim in the parking lot who had been shot. The victim was taken to the hospital by Emergency Medical Services but was later pronounced dead.
As investigators work to determine the details of the incident, no suspects have been arrested. It is still uncertain whether the shooter or shooters are in the area.
