Memphis Police Seek Three Suspects Allegedly Involved in Fatal Whitehaven Gas Station ShootingSource: Facebook/Memphis Police Department est.1827

Memphis Police are on the hunt for three suspects linked to a grisly scene at a Whitehaven gas station in September. Surveillance images released by the authorities show two women and a man outside the Airport Express gas station where the deadly confrontation unfolded. While the victim's identity remains protected with the images blurred, it is known that the incident took place on September 18, as confirmed by Action News 5.

In a statement obtained by WREG, the Memphis Police described the suspects fleeing in what is believed to be a gray Chevy Tahoe after the victim was shot following a chase and subsequent struggle at the gas station's entrance. The suspects, identified as a man and two women, were last seen driving westward on Democrat Road.

According to the Memphis Police Department's social media post, the male suspect discharged the firearm twice from the SUV, igniting a pursuit that would tragically end in the victim's death. Detailed descriptions of the suspects were provided: one female suspect of slim build was wearing a white shirt and black pants, while the other, of medium build, was outfitted in a black shirt and short pink shorts complemented by black and red shoes.

Those with information that could lead to the apprehension of the individuals responsible for this violence are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH, as highlighted by the Memphis Police Department's Facebook page. Tipsters have the option to remain anonymous with a secret ID number and may even be eligible for a cash reward. Information can also be submitted securely through the Crime Stoppers website or the P3 Tips mobile application.
