Officials have provided a physical description of Miranda, who has distinguishing features, such as a height of approximately 5'10", a weight of around 150 pounds, and a distinctive athletic build, as detailed by the Montgomery County Department of Police.
Individuals with any information that could lead to locating Ronald are encouraged to immediately contact the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID).
