A 31-year-old man has been placed under arrest and is facing charges of indecent exposure, with law enforcement raising the alarm over the potential for more victims to surface. Steven Randolph was apprehended following an incident at a local pizza establishment, as per the Montgomery County Department of Police.
The encounter took place on the morning of October 31, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. Reports indicate that Randolph entered Olney's Ledo's Pizza, attempting to gain service before opening hours. His subsequent action, exposing himself to an unsuspecting employee who then screamed, prompted him to flee the scene.
An officer, recalling a man resembling Randolph's description at another local business earlier that day, led to the procurement of video surveillance footage. This evidence solidified Randolph's identification in relation to the obscene act. The details gathered by law enforcement led to his arrest last Wednesday, when Randolph was again involved in a similar offense at a Safeway grocery store.
After responding to the new complaint of indecent exposure, police located Randolph at a bus stop near the grocery store. He was taken into custody, without incident, and then transported to a hospital to treat an injury he had sustained prior to his run-in with the law. With these events, police are extending a call for other individuals, who may have been subjected to Randolph’s indecent exposures, to come forward. Callers have the option to remain anonymous.
