The driver, the monitor, and the student were all transported to the hospital for treatment and evaluation.

The injured student was taken to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, while the driver and monitor's conditions were addressed at an unnamed hospital. According to a statement obtained by FOX 17 News, MNPS confirmed that "A driver transporting three students to Hillsboro High School collided with a wall on Briley Parkway. The driver has sustained some injuries and requested medical assistance, no injuries reported by the students on the bus. MNPS Transportation and Security are reporting to the scene along with medical services." Additionally, MNPS highlighted that this was an exceptional education bus, indicating specialized transport for students with unique needs.
