Stacy Johnson, a 40-year-old man, was detained last Thursday morning on suspicion of rape along the Lafitte Greenway. According to an official report from New Orleans Police Department, "Bystanders in the area assisted in detaining Johnson until police arrived to effect an arrest."
Five juveniles, aged 11 to 16, have been arrested in connection with threats made against 16 local schools.
