
The New Orleans Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating individuals connected to a recent theft by fraud incident. Among the individuals sought is Taneal Miller, described as a Black female born on December 18, 1991, according to a NOPD News article. Investigators are also searching for two other female suspects, one depicted in a released photo with Miller, while the third suspect remains unidentified with no available image.
On November 16, 2024, Miller and her two accomplices allegedly offered the victim a ride. During the trip, they reportedly stole the victim's belongings and later left the victim stranded in the 1500 block of Elysian Fields Avenue. After taking the victim's possessions, Miller and another identified suspect allegedly used the victim's bank card to make unauthorized purchases.
The New Orleans Police encourage anyone who might possess information regarding this crime or the individuals involved to come forward.
