Plymouth Police reported apprehending a local resident after an alarming incident last Friday morning involving a school bus and a 10-year-old child. At approximately 8:45am, authorities received a call about a white SUV that used a driveway to illegally pass a stopped school bus, in the process almost hitting a child. The concerning behavior was caught on video, which later circulated on social media and sparked outrage within the community, according to a Plymouth Police Department Facebook post.
