Branching into the competitive American market, Spanish developer Adlanto has announced its first U.S. project, partnering with Arizona's own Plaza Cos. for an upscale condominium development in Scottsdale. Adlanto, a seasoned developer with over 3,500 residential units to their name internationally, plans to erect The Goldwater Residences, a $50 million, 40-unit complex complete with retail spaces on its ground floor, as per details shared by ABC15.

At the nexus of Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street in Old Town Scottsdale, this high-end project will include condos ranging from two to three bedrooms, along with approximately 7,500 square feet designated for commercial use. The units, which have already seen 25% of them reserved in anticipation, are expected to break ground in early 2025. The Business Journal attributed it to Sharon Harper, chairman and CEO of Plaza Cos. said that mutual and respected colleagues played a central role in bringing these partnerships together, and they often come together thanks to "great people and great connections."

Serving as the developer of record for The Goldwater Residences, Adlanto North America will be advised and have their design and construction managed by Plaza Companies. With Oriana Lehman Wood of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty presiding as the broker, Lightvox Studio named as the architect, and Ameris Construction acting as the general contractor, the endeavor is a collaboration of seasoned experts in their respective fields.

Alvaro Moreno, the USA Manager for Adlanto North America, underscored the attractiveness of Scottsdale for residential real estate. In the U.S., Scottsdale is regarded as one of the most desirable locations, and according to The Business Journal, Moreno insists on the "opportunity to create a project that will be extremely attractive to those interested in luxury living, and avant-garde architecture in the heart of it all."

Residents of The Goldwater Residences can expect a suite of high-end amenities, including an outdoor pool, terrace, and a fitness center equipped fully, not forgetting the covered pet park. But the luxury market in Scottsdale isn't just booming due to Adlanto's entry – other developments include The Statesman Group's formidable 4,000-square-foot condos and Optima Inc.'s billion-dollar luxury community. With Scottsdale fast becoming a hotbed for upscale living in the Valley, The Goldwater Residences is poised to become a sought-after address for those chasing the sun and sophistication of Arizona.
