On Monday morning, around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a commercial burglary at Kings Cleaners, located at 8101 Jumpers Hole Road in Pasadena. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that neighboring businesses had also been targeted in the crime spree.

The footage revealed a black Dodge Charger with black wheels, which officers identified as a potential suspect vehicle. As officers investigated further, one was responding to an alarm at a location in Glen Burnie when they spotted the suspect vehicle on Quarterfield Road. The officers attempted to pull over the car, but the driver fled, leading to a high-speed chase. The pursuit continued across multiple highways, including I-97 and Route 295, heading into Prince George’s County. The chase ended when the Dodge Charger became disabled near Powder Mill Road. Three suspects fled the vehicle on foot, but one was quickly apprehended after a brief foot chase.

According to the Anne Arundel County Police, the arrested suspect was 26-year-old Kendall Demarius Walton from Washington, DC. Officers discovered that the Dodge Charger had been reported stolen, and the license plate on the vehicle was also stolen. Additionally, a .45 caliber Glock handgun was recovered from the scene, and it was determined that Walton was prohibited from possessing firearms.

Walton now faces multiple charges in connection with the burglaries and firearms offenses. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the remaining suspects and encourage anyone with information to come forward by contacting the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
