A gunfire incident in Baltimore's Western District has claimed a life, resulting in a homicide investigation by local authorities. According to the Baltimore Police Department, the shooting occurred on the 1200 block of West North Avenue this afternoon.
Responding to emergency calls at approximately 12:49 p.m., police officers discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds upon their arrival at the scene. Despite being swiftly transported to an area hospital, the victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, was pronounced dead by medical staff, the Baltimore Police statement confirmed.
