The Boston Police Department is actively seeking the public's help in locating Gerald Vick, a 31-year-old Dorchester resident. Vick is currently wanted on a straight warrant out of Suffolk Superior Court facing serious charges that include eight counts of assault and battery with a firearm, unlawful possession of a machine gun, unlawful possession of a firearm, and using a firearm in commission of a felony. These charges stem from an incident that reportedly occurred on August 26, 2023, near 15 Talbot Avenue, according to a previous release from the BPD.
Additionally, Vick is sought after for having an outstanding default warrant in connection to firearm-related offenses. The Boston Police describe him as a black male, approximately 5’06” tall, weighing about 155 lbs., with a dark complexion and multiple tattoos. He is reportedly to have connections in Taunton, Massachusetts. Authorities are asking anyone who might come into contact with Vick to immediately call 911, indicating a heightened level of caution.
