According to the bulletin, the missing person's case, identified as JH-549511, was disclosed by the department with hopes that someone in the community might have crucial information leading to Luqueno-Rios's whereabouts.
Details shared by the Chicago Police Department specify that Luqueno-Rios was last seen on the 3500 block of South Marshfield Avenue on June 1, 2024, and there have been no reported sightings or contacts with him since. He is described as a Hispanic male, standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 158 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complexion.
Authorities are reaching out through various channels and have encouraged the public to take an active role in disseminating this information to aid in the search.
