Fans of classic rock and the smooth sounds of the early '80s are in for a treat next summer, as some of the era's most iconic acts have announced a tour that is making stops across North America, including Connecticut and Florida. As reported by NBC Connecticut, the line-up featuring Toto, Christopher Cross, and Men At Work will grace the stage at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport come July 30, with tickets going on sale this Friday.
The announcement has sparked considerable excitement among fans and the artists alike. "I'm honored to be sharing stage during the summer of 2025 with my dear friends Toto and Men At Work," Christopher Cross stated, expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming tour. This sentiment was echoed in WFLA's article on the event set to bring nostalgic vibes to Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on July 19, 2025. An artist presale for the Tampa concert will begin tomorrow.
But Florida isn’t the only stop on their extensive North American journey. The tour, which includes another Florida date in West Palm Beach on July 18, will also make its way to the NYC area. Toto's guitarist Steve Lukather shared his excitement with Brooklyn Vegan, noting, "I am thrilled about this tour. Christopher and Colin have been close friends of mine for a long time. This is a tour that musically works, and brings a fresh new Summer tour package to the circuit."
