A manhunt is underway in Clayton County for 41-year-old Arthur James Jordan, identified as a person of interest in an unspecified case by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office.
Residents and visitors near Upper Riverdale Road and Garden Walk have been advised to avoid the area during the ongoing manhunt. Sheriff LeVon Allen, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta, has not disclosed the details of the case involving Jordan.
According to 11 Alive, Jordan, described as standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds with brown eyes, remains at large, and authorities maintain that for safety reasons, the public should not approach him if sighted but should instead call 911 immediately to report his location.
The search for Jordan which started Sunday has carried on into Monday morning.
