The holiday spirit has officially been ignited in Coon Rapids, following the annual Tree Lighting Festival held last night. The City of Coon Rapids, MN - Local Government took to social media to express gratitude, sharing that the community's turnout to the event was notable. "Oh what a night! Thanks to all who turned out to the Coon Rapids Tree Lighting Festival last night!" The tree, which will remain lit through to the end of the year, has become a beacon of seasonal joy at Boulevard Plaza, adjacent to the Coon Rapids Ice Center.
Stealing the show, alongside the dazzling lights of the tree, was Rocky's Santa Den, with families posing for pictures that are promised to be posted later this week on the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation Facebook page, as per the City of Coon Rapids, MN - Local Government.
