A stabbing incident occurred last night around 10:11 PM on Hillside Village Drive SE. Atlanta Police responded to the scene at 523 Hillside Village Drive SE. According to the Atlanta Police Department's news release, upon their arrival, they discovered a 34-year-old man suffering from stab wounds; though wounded, he was alert, conscious, and breathing and subsequently received transportation to a nearby hospital to treat his injuries.
Initial reports suggest the stabbing may have been the result of domestic issues. The victim's identity and the extent of his injuries have not been disclosed; however, authorities revealed that the investigation spearheaded by the Domestic Violence Unit is actively piecing together the events that culminated in this attack.
