The National Weather Service in El Paso has provided a detailed forecast for the coming days, indicating that while El Paso residents might have welcomed the sun after the isolated showers this morning, they should keep their jackets handy. According to the National Weather Service, today's early showers are expected to give way to partly sunny skies with a high approaching 63 degrees, accompanied by an east wind moving at about 9 to 11 mph.
Tonight's outlook includes mostly cloudy skies with lows hovering around 47 degrees, while Wednesday promises sunnier skies and a high of nearly 67 degrees as winds settle down. However, residents should prepare for more uncertain conditions come Thursday with a predicted chance of rain before 11 a.m. and then scattered showers later in the day, though the sunshine isn't bidding farewell just yet.
As the week progresses, the NWS anticipates a somewhat rainy Friday morning, with a 40 percent chance of precipitation, which aligns with a high temperature that will dip slightly to 57 degrees. Subsequently, the weather patterns seem to stabilize over the weekend, with Saturday offering a chance of rain before 11 a.m. but otherwise sunny skies and a high near 62 degrees.
Looking ahead, the forecast suggests that El Pasoans are in for several clear nights and even sunnier days, particularly as we move into early next week. Sunday through Monday, the city can expect sunny conditions with highs consistently in the mid-60s, and night-time temperatures dropping to the mid-40s, a gentle reminder of the season's presence.
