A public open house is slated for January 10, 2025, between 9 a.m. and noon, where attendees can tour the modern amenities and learn about the resources offered. Located at 300 W. Midway Dr., the center boasts facilities like a library, media room, computer room, classrooms, and game rooms. There's also a catering kitchen and adjacent dining areas for events and socials.
The facility is not just about leisure but also encourages a healthy, balanced lifestyle for those in their golden years. Available to residents and non-residents aged 60 and above, the Senior Center is equipped to enhance fitness, nutrition, and psychological well-being. According to a press release from the City of Euless, "The Senior Center provides excellent resources to help seniors live an active life by focusing on programs that promote fitness, nutrition and psychological well-being."
Membership opens the door to a variety of activities including special trips, events, games, and classes, along with craft workshops and fitness programs tailored to senior needs.
