The Fremont Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public in search of Kevin James Farr, an at-risk missing person, who was last seen near Washington Hospital in Fremont, California.
According to a social media post by the Fremont Police Department, the 36-year-old Caucasian male has not been seen since Sunday.
