JetBlue is expanding its transatlantic offerings, set to introduce two new routes from Boston straight to European soil. According to Boston 25 News, starting May 22, 2025, two seasonal nonstop services will fly from Boston’s Logan Airport to both Madrid, Spain, and Edinburgh, Scotland; this marks a continued investment for the airline in connecting disparate geographies.
The new additions come after JetBlue has established itself in the European market with seasonal service to Amsterdam, Dublin, London-Gatwick and year-round flights to London-Heathrow and Paris, now the airline increasing its grip over the Atlantic with a southern and northern touchstone for travelers targeting Iberia and the Scottish Highlands. Summer of 2025 will see JetBlue running seven daily nonstops from Boston to various European cities, as reported by WCVB.
JetBlue will operate its new routes to Madrid and Edinburgh with A321-series aircraft, offering both efficiency and sustainability, along with the luxury of Mint premium seating for added comfort. This reflects the growing demand for more comfortable and upscale flying experiences.
